In the absence of light we either choose to close our eyes or fill the void with our imaginations. Through the bottomless depths of black and white photography, I explore the possibilities, capturing cinematic portraits within dark and imaginative scenes. The artworks in this collection are formed from studio captured digital images that are manipulated and layered to emphasize haunting aspects of the original exposures. This collection is ongoing, like the darkness that inspires it.
